PREP TIME 10-15 minutes
TOTAL TIME 10-15 minutes
1 cup of frozen mango
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 small knob of fresh turmeric (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 cup of almond milk
for garnish: chia seeds and shredded coconut
In a high speed blender, add the almond milk, the canned coconut milk, dates, frozen mango & pineapple, turmeric.
Puree on high speed until the dates are thoroughly blended.
Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl, and garnish with chia seeds and shredded coconut
